Downtown Partners and the friendly merchants of downtown Burlington invite all ghosts, ghouls and goblins to haunt historic downtown Burlington!
Treats will be available at dozens of participating merchants, and Jefferson Street will be closed to vehicle traffic for this specially spooky evening. This event offers a safe and fun environment for trick or treating and fun for the whole family - it's like a giant Halloween parade!
