The jolly old elf himself will be greeting visitors in downtown Burlington throughout the holiday season on the corner of Fifth and Jefferson streets. Santa will be in his cottage from 5 to 8 PM during Living Windows and Saturdays during A Miracle on Jefferson Street; additional dates are December 3, 10, 17, 22, 23, and 24 from 11 AM to 1 PM.
