Ghosts and witches, goblins and ghouls take to the streets for Greater Burlington's annual city-wide trick-or-treat.
Area residents wishing to hand out treats may turn on their porchlights from 5:30 to 7:30 PM; trick-or-treaters should not approach residences where porch lights are turned off and should stop trick-or-treating at 7:30 PM.
