It's cookie Sci 101 for kids in grades 4 - 7, and they're guaranteed to have a blast learning about the science behind holiday treats!
Students will help create the perfect cookie while learning about chemical and physical reactions and running science experiments - on cookies! This class is free and open to the public. To register, email lynetteh@iastate.edu or call 319-671-7165.
