DMCC Ladies Adventure Group: Wellness Weekend

If you're a woman over 18 looking for outdoor adventures, the Des Moines County Conservation Ladies Adventure Group might be the perfect place to jump in!
This month, adventurous women can spend a weekend recharging, learning and connecting during the Weekend Wellness Retreat at Big Hollow Creek Recreation Area.
If you have fond memories of the camaraderie and connections of sleep-away camp ... if you've ever wished you could go camping without doing ALL the work ... if you just need a few days of nature's respite - this event is for you!
You'll cook over a campfire, paddle in the moonlight, spend time collecting & crafting, experience the healing power of nature and connect with others, all while learning valuable outdoor skills.
$185 covers all meals and lodging (participants will sleep in campers), plus all equipment needed to participate. If you can't stay all weekend, you can opt for a day pass for either Saturday or Sunday for $75.
