Downtown Deets: Professional Development for Small Businesses
March 30, 8:30 a.m.
Downtown Partners, Inc. is excited to launch a new Downtown Deets professional development series designed to equip local entrepreneurs and small business owners with practical tools to strengthen their marketing and customer reach.
The March session will feature Janine Clover. Business owners spend years focused on daily operations and long term growth, but often put off planning for what comes next. Whether retirement is on the horizon or life brings an unexpected change, having a transition plan in place is essential.
This Downtown Deets professional training session is designed to help business owners prepare for a successful next chapter. Participants will explore options for selling, closing, or passing their business to a successor while gaining practical insight into how to prepare both the business and themselves for a smooth transition.
The session includes guided discussion along with hands on materials and worksheets to help participants begin building a clear and confident exit plan.
