El Perro is a “cosmic and groovy” musical experience you won’t forget. Led by Parker Griggs of Radio Moscow, the band recently released its debut album, Hair of (El Perro). Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door and available on The Washington website. Doors open at 7; show at 8 PM. 21 and over may BYOB.
