Valentine’s Day lovers, film lovers, Shakespeare lovers and even grumpy curmudgeons can catch the Academy Award-winning film Roger Ebert called “the most exciting film of Shakespeare ever made,” 1968’s Romeo and Juliet, for free at the Capitol.
