Southeastern Community College celebrates Black History Month with a free showing of the 2018 film Green Book.
Inspired by the true story of Black jazz pianist and composer Don Shirley, the film follows Dr. Shirley (Mahershala Ali) and his driver, Italian American bouncer Frank “Tony Lip” Vallelonga (Viggo Mortensen) on a tour through the American South in 1962.
This event is free and open to the public.
