Hike-A-Park is a series of 1- to 4-mile hikes through Southeast Iowa's county parks. Every other Thursday through May, Des Moines & Lee county naturalists lead these fun and informative hikes through a different park. Come out and get to know these unique natural spaces!
The hikes are free and open to the public; complete all or part of the hike - it's up to you. No registration is needed - just park, meet your guide and go!
For this hike, participants will meet in the Hickory Bend Recreation Area parking area at 3 PM.
