Des Moines County Master Gardeners will hold their annual plant sale on Saturday, May 6, at the Des Moines County Extension Office (1700 W. Mt. Pleasant Street, West Burlington) from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Patrons will find a wide variety of zone 5 plants suitable for full sun to full shade. Vegetable starts, perennials, annuals and houseplants will be available. All at competitive prices and with helpful advice from the Master Gardeners themselves.
The plants are donated by the Des Moines County Master Gardeners. Most are divided from their own gardens and potted in early spring or grown from seed in the greenhouse they share with SCC.
Cash and check only accepted at the sale.
