Stroll Jefferson Street and discover spooky scenes, live characters, costumes, surprises, and plenty of Halloween fun throughout Downtown.

Catch Michael Jackson’s Thriller come to life at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM in front of the Capitol Theater!
🐴 FREE Horse & Trolley Rides
Take a spooky ride through Downtown during the event!
🪟 Living Windows
Downtown businesses will transform their storefronts into Halloween scenes with characters bringing the windows to life throughout the evening.
🎃 Costumes highly encouraged!
