This signature class with Rachel from Mother Moon Yoga is back just in time for Oktoberfest! Liquid flow yoga features a beverage-friendly flow designed for all yoga skill levels. Participants will use their drink interactively throughout class to enhance focus, presence, balance, and strength on the Zen outdoor Biergarten patio.

• Yoga mat (required/not provided) and any other props you need.
