Featuring students from the University of Northern Iowa, Southeastern Community College and area high schools, Victor Hugo’s classic tale comes alive on the Capitol Theater stage. Admission is $10 for adults, $3 for kids. Two show times: Saturday evening at 7 PM and Sunday afternoon at 3 PM.
