Tour “Upstairs Downtown”
Downtown Partners is teaming up with several property owners for “Upstairs Downtown,” a very special tour of upper story spaces in Downtown Burlington. From luxury condos to residential developments in progress, come see how the adaptive reuse of historic buildings is reenergizing Downtown.
The “Upstairs Downtown” tour will be held Sunday, May 21 from noon to 4 PM. Tickets are $20 online or at the door of any site during the tour. The featured spaces are 724 Jefferson (Scotten/Gabeline Building), McConnell Lofts at 200 N. Fourth, the Tama Too Complex at 300-310 Jefferson, The Loft by First United Methodist Church at 416 Jefferson Street and Churchill Lofts at 100 N 4th Street.
