Burlington High School student group Mind Blowing Connections will lead a Walk to Fight Suicide as part of an initiative to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention research and educational programs, erase the stigma around suicide and its causes, and encourage people with mental illness to seek treatment.
The walk will begin at Bracewell Stadium and proceed to the Port of Burlington, where organizations will have booths set up to provide information.
All are welcome to participate.
