Brockway Mechanical & Roofing is offering a paid internship program for high school juniors, seniors, and college students who are interested in exploring careers in the skilled trades. Whether you're drawn to plumbing, roofing, or HVAC-R, this program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and earn $16/hour while working alongside experienced professionals on real job sites.
Interns will benefit from one-on-one mentorship, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), and practical training in safety procedures, tool usage, and trade techniques. You’ll assist on active projects, learn about industry-specific equipment, and develop professional skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. For those who complete the program successfully, there’s potential for future employment, apprenticeships, and industry certifications.
