About Elevate Performance

Elevate Performance is a growing athlete performance business focused on helping athletes become stronger, faster, more resilient, and better prepared for their sport and life.

We are looking for a motivated college student who wants hands-on experience in sports performance, business operations, customer service, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

This is not a traditional sit-behind-a-desk internship. You will work directly alongside the owner and coaches and have the opportunity to see how a growing performance facility operates day-to-day.

Position Overview

The Operations & Marketing Intern will assist the owner and coaching staff across a variety of business and facility responsibilities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supervising athletes and assisting coaches during training sessions
• Communicating professionally with parents, athletes, and customers
• Managing athlete check-ins and facility scheduling
• Assisting with customer payments and membership administration
• Using business software for scheduling, communication, and facility operations
• Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the training facility
• Assisting with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach
• Helping develop and implement new business ideas, programs, and models
• Assisting with special events, camps, clinics, and other programs
• Supporting day-to-day operations of Elevate Performance and Line Drive Burlington
• Taking on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Internship Structure

Duration: 6 months
Compensation: Unpaid internship
Opportunity for Earnings: Opportunities may be available to earn income through select responsibilities/programs as the internship develops.
Future Opportunity: Successful completion of the internship may lead to consideration for a paid position with Elevate Performance, based on performance, business needs, and available opportunities.
