As a Field Connection Specialist, you’ll be the face of our company, installing and maintaining high-speed internet and digital phone services for homes across our SE Iowa Markets.

What You’ll Do

• Install, connect, and configure internet and digital phone services for residential customers
• Test and adjust equipment to ensure strong, reliable signal quality
• Troubleshoot and repair service issues both indoors and outdoors
• Educate customers on how to get the most from their services and recommend upgrades when beneficial
• Operate safely and efficiently using company-provided tools and vehicles
• Collaborate with your teammates to deliver exceptional service experiences

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Ability to meet company training and safety certification standards
• Must be 21 years old
