Full-time Description:
This position requires a minimum education or experience requirement of a bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience, preferably in human services, sociology, psychology, education, human services, marketing, sales or business This role operates in a Supported Employment (SE) Setting, defined as services “that enables the member to obtain and maintain individual employment” (Iowa Health & Human Services). Rather than assuming individuals with development or intellectual disabilities are not qualified to work, Supported Employment services provide these individuals with the opportunity to obtain and maintain meaningful employment that supports their life goals.
