The Project Coordinator is an exciting full-time entry level position, that provides the potential for advancement and growth within the company. This position works across departments to oversee projects from development through execution while reporting to the Project Manager.
Your day-to-day work will consist of reviewing plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones and be able to convey that knowledge to stakeholders throughout the project cycle. Duties will also include creating documentation such as project submittals and O&Ms. ProCore construction software will be used to maintain construction drawings and track the progress of onsite work. Knowledge of Excel will greatly enhance your ability to perform in this role. The project management team is tasked with ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This is the ideal role for someone who can handle multiple demands and assignments and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently; can listen effectively and solicit input from others; can quickly learn, interpret, and implement new technologies.

-Knowledge of scheduling software, Gantt charts etc.
-Construction industry knowledge, specifically electrical and/or lighting related
- Strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues, interdependencies, and solutions

Certified as OSHA-10 within 30 days of employment.
